The 2023 Joint Conference of the IEEE International Frequency Control Symposium & European Frequency and Time Forum was held in Toyama, Japan in conjunction with the Asia-Pacific workshop on Time and Frequency. More than 400 scientific attendees traveled to participate in person and another 90 joined virtually.
